Using this site means you have read and understood this policy. Together with the Terms of Use, it forms the agreement between you and this site.
1What we collect
So that the three tools can give you a result, we collect the following only when you submit it yourself, and only the part needed to complete the reading:
- Photos Needed by the face reading alone. The front-facing photo you upload is used for that one reading; how it is handled is set out in section 2. Neither the reply helper nor the compatibility report needs a photo.
- What you fill in Your date of birth, for example, the text of what the other person sent you, or your answers to the questions about how the two of you get along. These are the direct input for the result.
- The access logs we need When you visit, the server automatically records ordinary technical information (the time of the visit, the page address, the browser type, and the region derived from your IP address), used to keep the site secure, to trace faults and to count traffic.
We do not collect your phone number, your email address or your real name, and we do not ask you to register or log in. Every feature on this site works without an account.
2How photos are handled
A photo is the most sensitive thing here, so it gets a section of its own:
- the photo is used for that one face reading only; once the reading is done, nothing is kept, no face database is built and it is never used to identify anyone, nor is it passed to anyone else or used for any other purpose;
- once uploaded, the photo is first compressed inside your own browser, and you can clear the local preview at any time with «Remove photo»;
- a paired reading compares the facial features of two people, so please make sure the other person has agreed before you upload;
- we do not use photos for facial recognition or face matching, and we do not tie a photo to any identity information.
3What the information is used for
What we collect is used for these purposes only:
- producing the reading you asked for and showing it to you;
- keeping the service running properly, securely and stably, and tracing and fixing faults;
- understanding how each feature is used, anonymously and in aggregate, in order to improve the product.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent or otherwise hand your personal information to unrelated third parties, except where the law requires it or you have agreed to it.
4Payment and payment details
The paid items in Face Reading and the Compatibility Report are paid for by scanning a WeChat Pay or Alipay QR code. The payment itself is handled by WeChat, Alipay and their payment institutions, and this site does not touch or store your payment account, card number or payment password; it receives only the one result of whether the payment went through.
5Cookies and local storage
This site uses the browser's cookies and local storage (localStorage) to remember the state it needs — how far along a reading you are, your interface preferences, and the temporary preview of a photo inside the browser. This data sits on your own device, and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
6Third-party services
So that pages load faster and features run properly, this site may use basic technical services from third parties, such as a content delivery network (CDN) and cloud functions. In the course of providing that technical support, such services may come into contact with the technical information they need (an IP address, for instance), and we require them to handle it only within the scope of serving this site. Beyond that, this site does not share what you submit with any third party.
7Your rights
Since this site needs no registration and builds no account for you, most data sits on your own device or is discarded once used, which means:
- you can clear the local preview at any time with «Remove photo», or delete the state saved locally by clearing your browser data;
- you have the right to know how we handle your information — this page is that explanation;

8Protection of minors
This site offers its service to adults and is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. If you are a minor, please use it with the agreement and guidance of your legal guardian; we do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information, and we will delete anything of the kind as soon as we find it.
9Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated as features are adjusted or regulations change. When it is, the «last updated» date at the top of this page is changed, and anything significant is flagged prominently on the site.
